The Website www.nightingales-uk.com/payment provides a portal to pay private patient invoices online. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and telephone numbers are not sold or made known to third parties except those required to complete the payment request. Card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
When making a card payment the data you enter is encrypted then sent to Opayo for them to fulfil your request. Card Holders may go to opayo.co.uk to view their security policies.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of a request.
